Welcome to ProMaster
Introduction

ProMaster is designed to manage the flow of transaction data through:

· Empowerment of employees responsible for purchases using a purchasing card or through personal claims;
· Electronic processing of bank reconciliations;
· Simplifying payment of suppliers through a single monthly transfer to the bank.

ProMaster allows users to report and reconcile p-card, t-card and expense claims transactions.

Transactions are processed in the following phases:
1. A statement transaction file provided by the Account Provider is loaded into ProMaster, or a new expense is created;
2. During processing, each statement may have attached predefined General Ledger codes, using predefined transactions (coding standards) and internal business reference tables;
3. Users alter GL coding to enable splitting of transactions across multiple GL codes, and accept or each transaction;
4. Transactions are approved by a Supervisor;
5. They are then posted to the finance system for payment.

ProMaster uses your specific role to control the functions you can perform, options displayed on pages, and data you can view. ProMaster has a number of different user roles. All information and actions displayed on each page are dependent on the role you have logged in as or have changed to.
