Housekeeping

The purpose of the Housekeeping activity is to clean out old e-mails and broadcast messages. These include those broadcast messages which have expired and are no longer being displayed to users and old e-mails are those which have been previously sent successfully to recipients. It may be run as often as required.

To run the Housekeeping activity:

1. Select the Admin tab;

2. From the Administration page, select Activity Parameters from the Activities section on the left hand side of the page;

3. From the Activity Parameters page, select Housekeeping from the activities list;

Parameters are not required for this activity.

4. Click Process.
