Listing the Generated E-mails

To list the generated e-mails:

1. Select the Admin tab then select Email Maintenance;

2. Select the To Address from the drop-down list;

The list includes all e-mail addresses that have had e-mails generated for, as well as broadcast messages.

3. Select the required e-mail Status from the drop-down list:

· Invalid	This is the default. These are for e-mails that were generated but, for some reason, failed to be sent from the ProMaster database tot he E-mail system. The Auto-Emailer will attempt to re-send the e-mail a maximum of 3 times. If `Invalid' all 3 times, the e-mail will return `Invalid'.
· Sent	These are for e-mails that were generated and released from the ProMaster database to the E-mail system.
· Not Sent	These are for e-mails that were generated but have not yet been released from the ProMaster database to the E-mail system.

4. Enter the Date From and Date To range of when the e-mails were sent;

5. Click Search.

This will refresh the list.
