Deleting E-mails
To delete e-mails:
1. Select the Admin tab then select Email Maintenance;
2. Select the To Address from the drop-down list;
3. Select a Status;
4. Click Search;
5. Flag the e-mails to be deleted;
6. Click Delete;
You will be prompted to confirm the deletion.
7. Click OK.
Note:
Using the Select All button will select only the records that are in the current window (a total of 50). If there is more than one window `s worth of records, you will need to Select All and delete repeatedly until all required records are deleted.
