In case you have forgotten your password, you will be able to request your password be reset.
This functionality is accessed by the Forgotten Password? link on the Logon page.
If you have forgotten your password:
1. Access the Logon page;
2. Click on the
Forgot Password? link;
3. From the Forgot Password page, enter your
Employee ID and
Date of Birth;
4. Click the
Reset Password button.
On successful validation of these credentials, you will be sent an e-mail stating what your new password is.
