Creating Currency Rates

To create a currency rate:

1. Select the Admin tab then select the Currency Rates option from the left-hand side of the page;

2. From the Currency Rates page, click Add Currency Rate;

3. From the Currency Rates Edit page, select a Currency type from the list on the right;

4. Enter the exchange Rate based on your home currency rate;

5. Enter the Date the currency rate will be effective from;

6. Click Update Changes.

Notes:

· The Home Currency Rate can not be deleted/modified.

· The Tolerance% ensures that expenses made are within the currency tolerance bandwidth which allows for exchange rate variation.
