Creating Statement Periods

This function allows the User to create new statement periods to be used for a statement period. For example, this may be done on a regular basis to input a statement period profile for the previous month.

To create a statement period:
1. Select the Admin tab then select the Statement Periods option from the left-hand side of the page;
2. From the Statement Periods page,. click on Add Statement Period;
3. From the Statement Period Edit page, enter the information as required for the Date From and Date To fields;
These fields can be set by:
· Direct entry;
· Making selections from the calendar.
4. Enter the Description for the statement period;
The naming convention will be based on your company guidelines.
5. Click on Update Changes.
