The Workflow Display page is used to maintain the workflow counters that appear at the bottom of the Home Page (see Using the Home Page).
To maintain the workflow display:
1. Select the Admin tab then select the
Workflow Display option from the left-hand side of the page;
The Workflow Display page appears.
2. Select the
View Type that the workflow is to be managed for from the drop-down list;
3. Select the
Security Group that the workflow display will appear for from the drop-down list;
The
Security Group field will not appear if `
Tasks To Do' is selected from
View Type drop-down list.
4. Select the
Assigned Activities from the list of
Available Activities using the left/right directional arrows;
5. Order the
Assigned Activities with the up/down directional arrows;
The workflows viewed is based on the current user's authority selected.
