Workflow Display

The Workflow Display page is used to maintain the workflow counters that appear at the bottom of the Home Page (see Using the Home Page).

To maintain the workflow display:
1. Select the Admin tab then select the Workflow Display option from the left-hand side of the page;
The Workflow Display page appears.
2. Select the View Type that the workflow is to be managed for from the drop-down list;
3. Select the Security Group that the workflow display will appear for from the drop-down list;
Note:
The Security Group field will not appear if `Tasks To Do' is selected from View Type drop-down list.
4. Select the Assigned Activities from the list of Available Activities using the left/right directional arrows;
5. Order the Assigned Activities with the up/down directional arrows;
6. Click Update Changes;
Note:
The workflows viewed is based on the current user's authority selected.
