Proxy Verification (Optional)

Proxy verification is the ability of other security groups other than the Account Holder to verify/dispute transactions on their behalf. These security groups can be the Supervisors, Financial Officials, Enterpise Controllers, etc. The available actions to the transactions will be exactly those carried out by the Account Holders themselves.

To proxy verify a transaction:

1. Logged on as a security group other than an Account Holder, go to the Transaction Search page;

Notice all the related icons appear against the transactions.

2. To verify a transaction, click the associated Verify Transaction icon;

3. To link a transaction to an existing expense, click the associated Match Transaction to existing Expense icon;

4. To dispute a transaction, click the associated Dispute Transaction icon;

5. To make a transaction private or part-private, click the associated Make Transaction Private icon.
