To use the Fast Track Verification Home page:
1. Login as an Account Holder;
2. From the Home page, select the
Account from the drop-down list;
This list excludes Claim accounts.
3. Either select the
Statement Period from the drop-down list;
4. OR, enter the required
From and
To dates;
When a Statement Period is selected, these fields are populated correspondingly with the relevant date range.
If no
Statement Periods exist in the system, or there is no current period, then
From date will be the current date less 3 months and
To date is the current date.
5. Activate the
Show All? flag to display all transactions for the period including those that have already been processed;
When the
Show All? flag is not activated, it displays all outstanding transactions for the period.
6. Click the
Search button.
Re-builds the filtered display of transaction data based on the parameters selected.
The toggle icon allows you to switch between the standard Home page and the Fast Track home page.
