Modifying Account Properties

Through the Account List page, for one or more ProMaster Accounts you can simultaneously set the properties such as:

· Merchant Template;

· Re-Issue Account? flag;

· Issue Date;

· Expiry Date;

· Default GL Code;

· Monthly Spend Limit;

· Name on Account;

· Transaction Limit.

To modify properties for one or more Accounts:

1. Select the Admin tab;

2. From the Administration page, select the Account List option on the left;

3. From the Account List page, specify Search Parameters to refine your list of Accounts;

4. Activate the Select flag(s) of the Account(s) in question;

5. Click Set Properties;

6. From the Set Account Properties page, maintain the necessary information;

7. Click Update Changes.

Note:

The Name on Card option/field/column is only available if Account Ref No has been set to be replaced by it in the Account list.
