Correcting Invalid E-mails

This does not include broadcast messages.

To correct invalid e-mails:

1. Select the Admin tab then select Email Maintenance;

2. Select the Status of `Invalid';

3. Click Search;

4. Flag the e-mails concerned;

5. Click Set Properties;

6. Enter a valid e-mail address in To Address;

7. Activate the Re-Send? flag;

8. Click OK.

This will set the Status of the e-mail(s) to `Not Sent'. This will cause the Auto-Emailer to re-send the e-mail(s).
