Transaction by Inactive Accounts
This report displays any transactions which have been received for an inactive Account. These transactions occur for either one of four reasons:
· Late transactions received after the Account has been de-activated;
· Periodic charges (like subscriptions) which have been charged to the Account and not changed or cancelled when the Account was de-activated;
· People other than the Account Holder using the Account number for transactions after the Account has been de-activated;
· Misuse of the Account number by either the ex-Account Holder or suppliers.
The report requires the following parameters:
· Use the
Statement Period parameter whenever the report needs to be submitted for auditing purposes.
· Use the
From Date and
To Date parameters for ad-hoc reporting (not suitable for auditable statement submission).
· Delete
Transaction Groups by selecting them and clicking the
Delete selected Transaction Group icon.
