To switch on Activity File Upload:
1. Log in as an Enterprise Controller;
2. Select the Admin tab and go to
Configuration Settings;
3. Select the
General ->
General tab;
4. Activate the
Activity File Transfer flag;
5. Enter the number of days for
Delete Imported Files after (days);
The import files that have passed the number of days set here will be deleted when the Housekeeping activity is run.
6. Enter the number of days for
Delete Exported Files after (days);
The export files that have passed the number of days set here will be deleted when the Housekeeping activity is run.
7. Select the
Export File Retrieval Method;
The options are as follows:

Download - the export file will be opened;
·
Email - the e-mail will be sent with the export file attached. A message will appear indicating the e-mail has been sent;
·
Download & Email - the e-mail will be sent with the export file attached. The file will then be opened afterwards.
The Hosted switch will be created as an implementation-level switch that can only be set during system setup. This is a switch to indicate whether the ProMaster instance is hosted by Inlogik, or an equivalent web farm or bureau service.
