Creating Defined Windows
To create a defined window:
1. Select the Admin tab then select the Expense Setup option from the left-hand side of the page;
2. From the Defined Windows tab of the Expense Setup page, click Add Defined Window;
3. From the Defined Window Edit page, enter a name for the Defined Window;
4. Enter a meaningful Description;
5. If required, select Additional Data from the drop-down list that will be appended to the defined window:
· Car Hire
· Air Travel
· Accommodation
· Meals
· Travel
This additional window only contains static information and is supplied with ProMaster as default detailed windows.
6. Click Add to enter Breakdown Values;
7. Click Add to enter Breakdown Options;
8. Click Set Default to define a default Breakdown Option;
9. Click Update Changes.
