Modifying Detail Windows

To modify a defined window:

1. Select the Admin tab then select the Expense Setup option from the left-hand side of the page;

2. From the Defined Windows tab of the Expense Setup page, click the Edit Detail Window icon associated with the detail window to be modified;

3. From the Defined Window Edit page, modify the following details where appropriate:

· Description;

· Additional Data - Select from the drop-down list;

· Breakdown Values;

· Breakdown Options;

· Breakdown Options default.

4. Click Update Changes.
