Deleting Tax Codes

Allows you to delete any unused or incorrect tax codes.

To delete a tax code:

1. Select the Admin tab then select the Tax Codes option from the left-hand side of the page;

2. From the Tax Codes page, click the Delete Tax Code icon associated with the tax code to be deleted;

3. Click OK when prompted for confirmation.

Note:

If deleting a Tax Code that is used within the application, you will be prompted accordingly and will not be able to carry out the action. However, you may de-activate a tax code to prevent its subsequent use (see Modifying Tax Codes)
