The User Declarations page is used to maintain the user declaration that appears in the footer of the Transaction By User report.
To modify a user declaration:
1. Select the Admin tab then select the
User Declarations option from the left-hand side of the page;
2. From the User Declarations page, select an existing
Account Type from the drop-down list;
3. Click
Edit User Declaration;
4. From the User Declaration Edit page, enter/modify the text required for the declaration;
· There can only be one User Declaration per account type.
· In order to not have any declaration at the foot of the Transaction By User report, simply delete all text from the User Declaration Edit page and click
Update Changes.
