This feature is similar to personal GL codes, however when the Enterprise Controller deletes a system GL code, it affects all Account Holders.
To delete a system GL code:
1. Select the Admin tab then select the
System GL Codes option from the left-hand side of the page;
2. From the System GL Codes page, select a GL segment from the drop-down list;
3. Enter "
%%" into either the
Code or
Description fields and click
Search;
4. From the System GL Codes list, click the
Delete GL Code icon associated with the GL code to be deleted;
5. Click
OK when prompted for confirmation
