Re-printing of Document Control Report (Optional)

Supervisors, Financial Officials and any other appropriate security group will have the ability to re-print the Document Control report on behalf of the Account Holder.

To re-print the Document Control report:
1. Select the Document Control tab;
2. From the Document Control page, select the Date From and Date To;
3. Select the Acct Type from the drop-down list;
This field defaults to `All Accts'.
4. Select the Status of the expenses from the drop-down list;
5. Select the Expense ID or Document ID;
6. Click Refresh and the list will reflect the parameters selected above;
7. You can activate the Select flag in the following ways:
· Select each Select flag individually;
· Click Select UnDocumented to activate all Select flags for expenses with no Document ID.
Note:
Once an expense has a Document ID, it cannot be selected with any others.
8. Click Document.
You are prompted to enter the reason for the re-print.
9. Enter the reason for re-printing the report on the user's behalf;
10. Click OK to confirm.
The generated Expense Report appears in a separate browser window where you can print it.
