The Activity Log option displays the results of import and export operations for the purpose of auditing. Through this page, you can choose to generate a report of the results of an import/export operation.
To review an import/export activity log:
2. Select
Activity Log from the Activities section on the left hand side of the page;
3. In Search Parameters, select the appropriate log dates range for the required log reports;
4. Select the required
Activity, then click
Search;
A list of Activity Logs matching the selection criteria will be displayed.
5. From the Activity Log window, click on the
View Activity Log Details icon for the Activity Log of interest;
6. Close the Activity Log window after reviewing the log.
You can also choose to print a copy of the Activity Log report,. To do so, right click in the Activity Log window and choose the print option.
A warning is displayed in the activity log that the license has expired. It will also display a warning that the license is about to expire when the license has 28 days or less before it runs out. This will also be included in the messages which are sent out after an activity is run.
