Activity Schedule (Optional)

ProMaster allows activities to be scheduled so that the activities can be run at a more convenient time, or on a regular basis. The schedules are stored in a table in the database, which the ProMaster Auto-Scheduler checks at regular intervals.

To schedule an import/export activity:

1. Select the Admin tab;

2. Select Activity Schedule from the Activities section on the left hand side of the page;

3. Click Add Schedule;

A list of available activities will be displayed in the right hand side of the page.

4. Select the required activity from the right hand pane;

5. Click in the Parameter field;

A list of available parameters for the selected Activity will be displayed in the right hand side of the page.

6. Select the required parameter from the right hand pane;

7. From the Type field, select the appropriate schedule frequency from the drop-down list;

The options are:

· One Time

· Daily

· Business Day - Activity to be run on weekdays only.

· Weekly

· Monthly

8. Indicate the date and time that this activity should first run;

9. Click Update Changes.

The schedule is added to the Auto-Scheduler.

Tips:

· You can also schedule One Time runs of Activities from the Activity Parameters page by selecting the activity, completing the necessary parameters and clicking Process.

· To delete a scheduled activity, activate the Delete? flag then click the Update Changes button.
